We want you to love your Nailpare experience! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that a flat $5 shipping fee will be deducted for returns and exchanges to cover shipping costs. This fee applies to each transaction and is the responsibility of the customer.
