Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Nailpare  experience! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery with no restocking fee. A flat $5 shipping fee applies for both returns and exchanges. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at nailpare.org@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
